SANTA BARBARA, CA. November 2017 – Mindworks Inc announces the debut of its “10-Day Meditation Challenge,” a new monthly feature intended to engage beginners and experienced alike to establish a meditation habit that will lead to more calmness and clarity.
The first 10-day challenge will be launched on December 1. Those who take the challenge will receive daily emails with guided instructions for 15-20 minute meditation sessions.
On the last day users will be invited to join a live online Q & A with an instructor from Mindworks, a new mindfulness meditation app.
“There’s only one way to create a good habit and that’s by doing something over and over again,” said Mindworks co-founder Bart Mendel, a meditation instructor for more than 35 years. “This new monthly 10-day challenge will motivate users to create a meditation habit that will pay off for a lifetime.”
The challenge also will provide a structure to guide users through the rich content of the app that includes daily inspirations, guided meditations and “Mind Talks” — short video teachings from Mindworks international team of highly accomplished meditation instructors.
Launched in January, Mindworks new meditation app represents the next generation of digital platforms and is suitable for all levels. It goes beyond standard meditation technology by offering guidance and teachings that cover a range of topical issues from personal contentment to better parenting and creating true wealth.
The 10-Day Meditation Challenges are accessible with a subscription for a nominal fee and come in addition to select free content on the Mindworks app. The app is free and can be downloaded from the Mindowrks website, Google Play and the App Store.
