With MassageBook’s new software release, professionals can enjoy enhancements to email campaign marketing features, therapist SOAP notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan — standardized medical notes taken by massage professionals), added flexibility to their subscription options, and a new client photo wizard.
The SOAP notes feature, Volkmann explains, saves bodywork professionals valuable time that they can otherwise use to focus on growing their business rather than managing paperwork.
The email marketing upgrade will give therapists increased email control and oversight, allowing them to customize template text and images of marketing content sent out to customers via MassageBook.
Additionally, the Client Photo Wizard gives therapists the opportunity to personalize their database by automatically associating client photos with all CRM contacts.
